I am a qualified CAT psychotherapist and a qualified CAT supervisor, registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a member of HACP (the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and a member of the Royal Society of Medicine (life member).

Primarily I work with individuals in a private setting, but I can also offer workshops, talks, and experiential days about CAT:

• to trainees or qualified practitioners in psychology or psychotherapy
• at courses, conferences, and private venues
• General Introduction to CAT
• Using mirrors in CAT

An audience-participation talk called “Cognitive Analytic Thinking” is for anyone interested in starting to change their feelings and actions towards self and others.  Times and venues can be arranged.
